Botting, wall and teleport hacks seem to be a norm these days

After returning from 2 year break from the game, looks like botting and generally teleport hacking is a norm. It really doesn't impact my gameplay but it is sad to see that cheating is the way to go these days. Also a bit sad that the devs and director are worried about DPS meters but teleporting, wallhacks etc are consider to be OK based on how openly people are using them.

What do you mean these days? There were far more back in the day. Who cares at this point , their effect on gameplay is minimal. It's always going to be a thing but once you ignore them you end up forgetting about them. If they hindered gameplay in anyway it would be an issue but they don't.

They get banned and new ones appear, all mmos have them.

Bots aren't any more common now than they were 2 years ago. Or 4 years ago.
Which is to say, they are still very common, but this isn't something new.

Lots of people are using mods of one sort or another, despite SE not allowing them. Nothing new about that either.
