And it's funny. I play PvP and I wanted to play ninja bc I thought their ult was cool (and broken as shit, but I was bad at the pvp at the start of EW too). But I looked at their kit and saw how ninjutsu worked and was like 'thats way too complicated, i don't want to remember all that'.
And instead of bitching and whining on the forums or reddit about how the job was just too hard and complicated and a pvp casual like me couldn't get into it despite how cool it was... I just played something else. Like a normal person. This game would be infinitely better if people would just not play shit that didn't appeal to them instead of demanding it be catered to them. Bc when they listen to feedback like that you just get a bunch of piss easy, stupidly streamlined jobs with no substance or depth beyond surface level aesthetics. If you wanna play a job for the aesthetics? Fine! But don't expect to be optimal on it without the effort. Don't want to put in the effort to be optimal? Then deal with not being optimal which is irrelevant in 90% of content anyways!
Oh but they wanna have their chosen aesthetic, and feel optimal, AND put zero effort in? Ah, of course. That's where the ideal is, apparently.
