Anyone else find it strange that there has been no topic added to the Lodestone about the new Mountain Dew promotion? Normally a topic gets posted the same day a promotion starts or is announced during a Live Letter, and yet there's been nothing so far.

Having the topic could have cleared up issues like why players are currently unable to redeem the game item keys they've already earned and given us concrete information on how and when. It could also clarify the language in the "Terms and conditions" posted on Mountain Dew's promotion website.

It's rather unsettling when information about the promotion is basically being spread by word of mouth instead of having an official game announcement on the game's official community website to refer to other than the vague infographic that was shown during the Live Letter.
