personally, I prefer to have a different outfit between a male and a female. I dont see an issue with either

anything that doesnt resemble 2B bottoms and boots on a male hrothgar is a bonus in my opinion

the problem with it is perfectly encapsulated in the example. the female attire has more details and colours (im an artist myself and the male 1 looks rushed like a bad ali express cosplay) the last 2 dancer outfits TRIED to be similar. and it was ok enough. this though. is a complete 180 change. why cant they just make a toggle or something...

Problem is there's no way you can put that top on a female form and stay within the current game rating. So there would need to be some adjustment there at the very least.

i mean.. theres way to make the male 1 the same as the female.. just wrap the bust binder around them. the thavnairian dress already did it well enough. or better yet make them shirtless.. all these vests are just driving me insane

While I think the male version could be more similar, with a strap going over the shoulder instead of a 'bra', I actually like the vest, and a similar argument could've been made by players who'd prefer something like that on their female characters.

I feel what, overall, makes the male set appear worse is the color scheme, which is adjustable, especially with a 2nd dye channel coming in.

I really do not see a big difference between the two aside of the chest piece, gloves head and boots are exactly the same. So im Guessing your complain is pants do not have that little thigh gap? because aside of the chest and colour is the only difference

fabric looks different on the sashes, the vest looks completely different from the outfit the pants are thinner/less puffy the gear loses its entire look from male > female

to be fair, we are comparing a picture with an screenshot so not sure, there. also as we compare between different races/height that rhinner puffiness could be relative . hard ot say without seeing it in all the races (although I dp not see that pants problem, it could be just me)

Still, would have been nice to not have outfits look completely different between the sexes. Even if it's something "overly" feminine for men.

Any kind of sash/scarf wrapping on the torso would’ve looked nice. For me, while I like the male set, it’s like a worse version of the first relic set, but the female set isn’t similar to the first one at all. Being shirtless with just belly chains or something would’ve been better than a bland vest. I will say I love the head gear though, I’ve been wanting dyeable feathers like that ever since Y’shtola got them.
