Item code for Mountain Zu are NOT REDEMABLE YET and return item code invalid.

After trying to redeem the code from the Mountain Dew page, Mogstation report the code was invalid. Went to support and got the following response:

Thank you for waiting, please note that after reviewing the provided registration code for the promotional item I was able to confirm that although the code is valid, it is not currently active as it would become active on a date closer to the release of the Dawntrail expansion.

At this moment I will advise redeeming this code on the day the expansion releases to receive the item as this code will not expire. Apologies for the inconveniences this issue has caused.

Others on Reddit have reported being told by SE support to wait til June 28th to redeem. Nowhere on the promo page, nor the item code email does it mention needing to wait.

Good to see SE is still messing up promos.

** Edit - Mountain Dew sends out an edited item code message to people that redeem points now that includes a disclaimer that the item code isn't redeemable until June 28th after DT Early access begins.
