No, this is a strong differecne between saying STR/MIND vs ENM>MIND because these stats compete with each other in terms of slot realestate. Raw DD is very different than specificly boosting enmity and the abilities with the enmity modifier. The slot where this is clearest is hands: Heavy Darklight Gauntlets vs say 40 or 50 str cobalt/sent.
