To me the biggest concern I have is that the merged BW/Delirium is only 3 stacks, so the MP/Blood economy might have changed.
And without plunge the job is going to have the worst downtime its ever seen post burst in terms of 123 spam.

Both of these would be remedied entirely if Delirium was a 30s buff rather than a 60s one, but I'm not holding my breath on that.
