I love that the subscription has a 6 month in an advance but I wonder why they don’t add an option of a year?Some would say it’s dumb or ridiculous but it’s a option for those who would pay a year in advance.I would love if the retainers can have a year option too because if I can get it for a year I wouldn’t have to worry if I have enough funds to kept it up next month or the next.I was wondering if this options would interest the community or a lot of us

Usually when I sub to something I do sub annually if it’s available. I use time cards now for my sub, in the event something happens and I can’t log on a while, but having an extended option for retainers would definitely be nice.

That's because money isn't a Problem. If I'm going to decide to stop playing the Game during my subscription I wouldn't care that I've paid for 1 Year.
It might of course be a Problem for many other Players.

I don't see why they couldn't. I'm not the target audience for it, but someone would buy it. I'm the dummy who ends up being subscribed for 6th months thinking I'm not gonna play that long just for the freedom of being able to turn it off when I am bored with the game which is quite often. I'm only subscribed now because I've missed every Yokai event so far, and I want those mounts.

Honestly, I'd love an option to sub for a year or even more. I don't see myself unsubbing any time soon and everytime I get alot of anxiety whenever the time to resub comes because they randomly didn't renew my sub without providing any reason. I've had issues with payments before and the technical support is really bad when it comes to that.

Sadly game time cards are region locked for some reason despite it being a digital product for something that isn't region locked. If you're outside of EU, your account can end up being EU but you have no other means to buy game time cards....other than sketchy third party vendors..

That’s exactly my thought on it too.I want to support the game I love a lot and if something happens that I can’t play like for a month or 2 I still would buy the 1 year sub.

For example I have health issues and sometimes something happens that I have to spend time on the hospital for a long time and I can’t do anything about my health but I wouldn’t be mad i subscribed for a year.I would be looking forward to be out of the hospital and able to play again

Lmao,I miss that event since day 1 of its release and now that I’ve returned I’m gonna fully enjoy it while having fun in this fantastic game we all love.A break is needed if your too burned out or play another game as I do to not burn out in ffxiv

Yeah,every time I get the notification via email that my sub is almost expiring I don’t like it.I would love to be reminded once a year please and thank you

a lot can happen in a year, heck even in a month, if something untowards were to happen. it's probably set at 6 months to compromise as a best choice solution to prevent people from "wasting" too much money that's not going to be used, as there are no refunds on sub time.

Everyone including me who buys those long subscriptions agree that something can happen that won’t let us play but still buy it knowing this
