I recently created a Free Company.

So here go the questions.

I show the rank as Master, why am I not able to show as part of the FC on Lodestone, even though I created it?

When looking in the FC page in the game, I see that I am not authorized to execute company actions, why is that?

Any help is appreciated

You need to be Rank 5 in FC Entitlements to execute Company Actions - you can access this through the FC interface > INFO > Entitlements.
As you do content and hand in gear to your grand company your FC will gain points, you can see it in the FC interface, it's a circle with a star in it right beside your company rank. The max is 30.

As for the lodestone I think it might need a moment to update if you created it recently?
