Received another popup when logging in saying my account was compromised

It started yesterday evening when I was in frontline and all of a sudden I was disconnected from the server. Then as I was about to login to final and received a popup saying that ""Based upon recent suspicious activity, we have identified that your account may potentially be at risk." So I went through the process of changing my square enix password, adding a security token, and this morning the same thing happened. So I had to do the entire process again, and even changed email addresses for my square enix account. I checked the mogstation login activity and it showed that there was a login from a game console, but with the same ip address. Has anyone else been having this issue lately? because this is a first for me. I'm not sure what else I can do at this point, and it's a bit frustrating

Usually after you add the security token it's much less strict about your login locations.
The one that came after you added the token was probably just lagging behind your actions. SE operates in mysterious ways like that.
