    There needs to be a full official response to the current situation and compensation

    It is completely unacceptable for how long a paid service is being borderline unuseable.
    With the amount of downtime the server issues introduced a minimum of a few days of
    game time would be the least thing SE could do for us. Also some proper statement or answer other than "we are working on it" and "resolved" would considerably help ease tensions this is creating since we are not too far from Dawntrails early access period.
