You did pay for a service and I am simply questioning the significance of that inability to provide said service due to attacks. Again, bar the initial day I just don't simply think it is substantive enough to warrant it.

To put it into perspective, on the initial day of the attack, where the pacing would have been most justified I lost approx., 7-8 hours of service time. Since then, I have only had very inconsistent outages. E.g., I've disconnected twice today and got back on after a couple of minutes. Between today and that initial day, I have maybe disconnected 2-3 times.

It is not out of precedent within the MMO industry, heck, it's not even without precedent for Square Enix - I just simply don't think it is substantive enough to come under this precedent.

If this attack were sustained at the pace seen on the 6th and 7th then this would be entirely different. It just simply hasn't managed to maintain that standard.
