Make the AI smart. It uses a move, realizes the players know how to deal with it (after they pass the mechanic once), then changes the move so it can't be done like that again.

Mr. Freeze boss from Batman: Arkham City. You can only make him damageable in certain ways, and once you use a way, he makes sure you can never do it again. Bosses should be like that.

This is not a knock, but I am curious. It does not appear you are doing Savage / Ultimates now. Why would you be asking for additional challenges when you aren't doing the the current challenging content?

im a firm believer that you should try the content before you wanna change the content otherwise you are attempting to move a goalpost with no idea of where the goalpost originally was....
