DDOS on excal?

I just started my dailies and have dc'd once, almost dc'd/hard lagged 3 times. The player queue to get back on is also over 100 so I'm assuming it's a server issue or more ddos'ing. I sincerely doubt it's my internet, but just to be sure how many other people on excal (or other servers) are having this issue?

Yes, it was an attack on all the NA data centers and many people disconnected as a result.
