Primed aetherial wheels need FC-shared storage

I've seen this posted way earlier, but rather than necro an ancient thread...

When priming aetherial wheels used to create tier III FC buffs, whoever removes the primed wheel from the stand is the ONLY person who can then convert it to a buff. Their only options for storing primed wheels is in their inventory/saddlebag, or on a personal retainer. If that person leaves their FC, all of those juicy tier III buffs leave with them.

I get that SE doesn't want people to sell those wheels, which seems weird, given how many items brought back by subs/airships are sellable - and that ceruleum tanks are sellable, etc. Making primed wheels tradeable would allow them to be stored in the FC chest for people with appropriate privilege to convert into buffs.

Any smart FC limits FC chest access. If SE's only reason for making primed wheels non-tradeable is to babysit FCs... it's just silly, compared to all of the ways they *don't* babysit.

The suggestion was made almost 7 years ago, iirc, that adding storage to the wheel stand itself would fix this issue. The primed wheel could either be removed or stored. Then a new wheel can be put in place. This sounds like a great compromise to me.

We also need a aetherial wheel stand that can make more than 1 lvl 3 wheel at a time. The extra boost those give are minimal and it's silly to put the 1 per stand, 3 days to charge time on them, esp if they are trying to make belonging to an FC more desirable.

The whole wheel system in it's entirety was done incredibly poorly.

That's how this entire game works. They put 60% of the required effort into a new system and then leave it be for 5 years until they spend 60% of the required effort to fix that system by making an entirely new system that won't be looked at again for 5 years.

I would love to be able to store my primed wheels in the chest, and to charge more then one at a time. Or for it to take less time to charge. I get that its supposed to take work to do it, and its a 'bonus' above the Grade II... but it basically takes a whole week to do a days worth of Grade III actions. Pain in the butt.

With the release of DT, I am adding my frustrations to this thread. Please, please please can we have more than one tier 3 charging at a time. You can only get two heat of battle III in a week and can't charge any other type of tier 3 buff. We can buy tier 2 yet there are multiple slots in the wheel for charging them.
Also, please let us store the charged ones in the fc chest so we don't have to have one person store them. I don't want to have to take rights away from members who don't understand that crafting and charging these are a pain and activating it on a random Tuesday when they are the only one online is ridiculous. I get it, they want to finish leveling too and don't want to wait until the weekend when we usually use them. I just don't want the drama. We are already a small FC due to drama in SB.

It would be nice if we could at least make two at a time, since we use two actions at a time. I still haven’t interacted with our FCs sparkly box yet, so I didn’t know you couldn’t store them in the chest! So yes some storage option added to that sounds like a definite need!
