I was hoping someone might be able to help me out. I recently lost my private house in a ward subdivision. I was sick last week when it got destroyed and I'm thinking the demolition timer may have been glitched and not logged my entry in the past 45 days if it's possible to check the logs on it, since I always add new seasonal decor and such. I placed a bid on it and won the ticket on the lottery system. The problem is, it won't let me buy it back as a private house even though it's been my house for over 10 years. I feel like the 90 year old being evicted from his home from a faulty bank transaction. If anyone could help me on this matter, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Unsure what you mean by you couldn't buy it back as a Personal Estate, you said you won?

Unless you placed a bid on it for your Free Company or it was in a Ward now marked as Free Company only.

Can you post a screenshot of whatever is stopping you from accepting the plot after winning it.

I've owned it since 2014, when the sub division first opened up. It was before the lottery system existed and the spot has sentimental value to me, it's not a matter of cost.

I always add new seasonal decor and such.

Adding outdoor furnishings won't reset the timer, no matter how seasonally festive it is.
Gotta enter the door. No other action will reset the timer.

You'd need some proof you were inside your home, but even then it's going to the market now and it'll be someone elses home. I don't foresee you getting it back unless you're lucky in the bid.

I've won the bid on it. I'm asking if there is someone in technical support who can help me claim my house back before my ticket expires on the 15th. Money isn't an issue so much as it has history and a sentimental value.

You won the bid on it, so you're saying you won it again yes, then what is stopping you, from claiming it?

If you don't go to the placard and claim it, you will lose 50% of the Gil used to bid, and someone else may win it next time.

You haven't explained why you can't claim the plot after winning.
