Possibility of Viera's wearing more hats in Dawntrail?

the big one for me is the Samurai-like hats, I love the look/theme of them, however I know there are likely thousands of Viera who would like to be able to see their ears poking through some hats that they can wear.

It is a trivial request, but I hope the devs are looking into this.

They said what amounts to "we'll see what we can do" which a lot of players incorrectly interpreted as "it's definitely happening in Dawntrail." DT would certainly be the time to fix the hair problem keeping Viera from wearing hats but I wouldn't get your hopes up.
