    ffxiv_dx11.exe+15F9FC8



    i keep getting this crashes, in some dungeon and places. right now im checking it on dungeon "The Aery" and i keep crashing there

    i tried reinstalling and updateing drivers, reinstalling directx
    tried the command prompt "sfc /scannow" also but no file is broken
    i tried changing the sound input and uninstalling steelseries driver cause i read the arctis game and chat sound output somehow make the game crash also

    i copy the game from my laptop and it works fine there never got a crash
    i tried doing "The Aery" again in my laptop and no issues

    If your GPU is overclocked (even factory OC that you didn't do yourself), try underclocking a little. XIV doesn't like overclocking for whatever reason.

    What Platform are you using? (Steam/Windows/Mac/PS4 etc.)
    At what point does the issue occur?
    How often does the issue occur?

    Could you provide the exact error message received?
    Are you running any additional programs alongside Final Fantasy XIV?
    Does this crash occur on more than one character?
    When the crash happens, is the PC over heating at all?
    Were any update or changes made to the PC around the time of the crash?
    Does this issue occur if the game is run in full screen mode? Does it happen in borderless or windowed mode?

    Could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.
    All steps taken to resolve the issue:

    Sorry for the late reply,
    I tried to repair the game, uninstalling steelseries driver, turning off discord overlay, and it works fine now so far

    Idk if the files got corrupted when i tried to move it from my laptop to my pc via external hdd
    And yes my gpu is factory oc, but i didnt do anything and dont have any overclock software, so i guess its factory oc ?
    ill try underclocking if i got the same problem again
