Game Crash in ARR Story Quest

    Hello.

I've been playing through A Realm Reborn with my friends but I can't complete the "Casing the Castrum" story quest because every time I do the game gives me an error code and crashes. My friends got through it just fine, which makes me think there might be something I'm doing wrong. Can anyone help?

I don't know how to post images on here. The error code is:
    ffxiv_dx11.exe+16B4E1D
    ffxiv_dx11.exe+6270C
    ffxiv_dx11.exe+60D93
    ffxiv_dx11.exe+15FAF70
    ffxiv_dx11.exe+15FC61F
    ffxiv_dx11.exe+15FF0D5
    ffxiv_dx11.exe+4BDBDC
    ffxiv_dx11.exe+1C05E2

It's the same code even on different days and I can complete non-story quests with no trouble. Sorry if there isn't enough information, I wasn't sure what to put on here.

    Thank you for your help.

From what I read on Reddit it seems to be a driver/motherboard/ram issue. Reseating the ram could fix it, the other thing that seemed to work was getting a complete windows reinstall or a whole new motherboard which is a big ask for a single game.
