    No e-mail about house demo

    Apologies if this is not the right place for this, I am uncertain where to address this matter.

    I never received an e-mail regarding my house's demo timer activating. I was lucky enough to have logged in to check my house and reset the timer, but shouldn't I have been sent some kind of warning or alert about it via e-mail? I've been very busy with moving IRL and haven't been on as much.

    I am getting plenty of other e-mails related to the game such as payment and recently purchasing Dawntrail.

    Hopefully this was a fluke and not something that will be effecting other people.
