Can't Buy Either Mog Station Items or Crysta

Hello so I've had the NA credit card issue where the Square Enix store keep on forcing me to change my "Confirm or Change the Address Registered to Your Square Enix Account", no matter if I'm trying to buy stuffs straight from the Mog Station store or even buy crysta through paypal (couldn't access the page at all). Is there a workaround for this?

Can I have someone gift me Square Enix store items or crysta?
