How do I get my retainers back without subscription?

I'm just another victim of the payment processor update. I was paying for my sub with my Visa card and two days ago I tried to add another retainer. I had one additional already plus I was paying for the companion app. I tried to add another one and I kept getting the "card not available" error. Somehow the payment info for my sub got removed completely and I can't get it back up. I managed to buy a timecard from the Square-Enix site so now I can log in but I don't have access to my additional retainers. Yes, the card works fine on the SE site but won't work on MogStation.

OK, I managed to make it work. I was able to buy Crysta with Paypal and get my retainer services and companion app back. I don't really like using Paypal and I've never bought Crysta before so I didn't know how it worked but it does. Thanks for the suggestion.
