    The one the OP is specifically talking about is the fight one which is the one that tests your skills. Also it wasn't confirmed if there was or wasn't a level cap raise with 2.0, they said there might be one. They can easily make the quest happen at 45 since we already know leveling will change in 2.0 to begin with, so it technically doesn't even need a new level cap to be implemented.
