FFXIV/FFXVI Crossover Event Ending 5/8/2024

I am curious to know whether or not this event will happen again sometime in the future, or if the items will be offered in the FFXIV Store? I wanted to get the item on a new character, but there's no way I can get to 50 at this point, especially after losing the day yesterday. Would love to see an extension of time, but I doubt that will happen sadly.

Given that the FFXIII and FFXV events, and both of the FFXI events, have all been repeated at different times over the years, I am pretty confident that the FFXVI event will also be repeated eventually. When that will be is simply unknowable though.

Has the XIII event ever actually came back? They put the glamours and hairstyles on the mog station, so I don't think it ever actually returned after its initial event. the XI and XV events have come back before, that's true.

It did a few times after it's original run in 2013, but eventually SE just added the gear/weapons/hairstyle as purchasable on the Mogstation and never ran it again (I think the last time they ran it was around 2014).

Oh, I actually didn't know that. I remembered doing it the first time and then had absolutely no memory of it happening afterwards. I wonder why it's the only one to stop running and become shop items then.
