[Error 90002] Inability to login to EU Data Centers

Yeah... It's almost like SE made a post on Lodestone yesterday morning when it first started happening, addressing this fact and that it's being DDoS'd, but no one knows how to read.

While being able to login with 1 char without any issues but not other char and if you move that char to other DC you are then able to login,. that is not DDoS.

It's almost as if manners are nonexistent and we love to jump to conclusions that we know little about.

I read yesterday's post, and I thought this might be a hiccup from the addition of the new DC rather than just DDoS, people commented that certain ips got swapped so it might be something on SE's end. Do you actually have something to add? Or are you here to try and be snide?

Same issue, tried many times over multiple hours, consistently get 90002 when logging in on my character. Tried to create a new character and that one gets into the game just fine consistently. So either the server managing the place my character was in on logging out (Idyllshire) is broken or some other shenanigans is going on. Although, when using the player search functionality as the newly ccreate char I can see people in Idyllshire so that means it's more likely related to something else...

In before @sweetietreat replies, just because it happens around the same time as a DDoS is no guarantee that it's related. The maintenance just as easily could have introduced this issue. Don't assume, bug reports are always useful. Correlation is not causation.

I can't login with my main character on Chaos/Spriggan. Always getting error 90002.

Same here (saying this just in case someone is tracking the issue in order to find the problem)
Louisoix on Chaos, only since the maintenance, yesterday it was fine

I can log, select the character, i have to wait for the queue, then loadinf screen and boom, error 90002

I hope it will be resolved soon

I can create a new character and it logs into Sagittarius, My main cannot as gets 90002 every time I try. I can move her to Light and my main logs in fine. Was all fine till the maintenance.

I'm having the same issue. I tried on at least seven alts, all in the same DC (Chaos) but mostly on different servers (Ragnarok, Phantom, Omega, Louisoix).

Many of my discord friends report having the same issue but no DCs have been reported by the characters who managed to log in.
Some report being able to login by server-transferring to Light (have not tested it personally). No issues logging in on NA alts.
