Issues Logging into Chaos/Light

1prefered worlds change all the time, its basically a world population control type thing. this would have nothing to do with that at all

Its even more bizarre in fact, I have an alt that can log in just fine on louisoix but not my main... Definitely gonna assume its on SQEX's end and not the DDoS that is the problem in this instance.

Exitlag informs me that I'm being connected via the gateway IP 80.239.145.114

Idk how that makes sense, since the chaos IPs should end at 80.239.145.89 according to https://is.xivup.com/adv

I heard someone mention on disc that they shuffled IP addresses around or something, that's why I'm wondering if this may be something unrelated to DDoS?

I transfered myself from Chaos to Light within the Character Menu, that worked, I'll try to see if it works to move back to my main server tho. (For those who don't know how that works, right click your character transfer datacenter, pick Light and one of there servers, after you did that you'll also get a new option to travel back if necessary.)

Edit: Tried to transfer back to my homeworld -> Louisoix, I got the 90002 error again, so I assume the best solution now is to transfer the Datacenter and go to light until they fixxed it~

After like getting disconnected the 3rd time yesterday I was starting to monitor on this 'xivup' website for the server status while I tired to continue playing after reconnect.
What I saw was that it seamed that the attacker is not constantly attacking all servers and all datacenters continually all the time. They attack either only NA, JP, EU or Oceania at once.
After such an attack servers all go green on 'xivup' again for that region, maybe to give ppl time to login again and play for a while and then they attack again out of nowhere until enough ppl got disconnected again. And then they rotated through the regions NA, JP, EU and Oceania and always attack only one region at a time.

Atm EU seems under attack while other regions are green. After they caused enough chaos on EU I assume they will switch to another region like yesterday. But looking at the time of day compared to other regions it make sense they keep attacking EU.

Its not necessarily the DDoS in this case, it may also very well be that SQEX messed up some configuration somewhere when they added the new EU data center.

I just traveled to the light data center and can log in fine, btw, whereas I couldn't on Louisoix
