That doesn't seem to make much sense... how would the game identify which characters are "mains" versus which are "alts"? There is no distinction. Maybe it's just luck, or else people are having different experiences based on what server the characters are on. In any case, I see on YouTube people are streaming the game live right now, so maybe I'll see if I can get on.

That's why people say this has nothing to do with the DDOS attack, that they messed something up during the update, and now some characters can't log on Chaos, while they still can use DC travel with those same characters that can't log on their home world.
