You think Blizzard was never brought down by DDoS attacks like this? Happened back when I played WoW, too. It's something that happens on the internet.

Amazon and Microsoft have been brought down by ddos attacks. No one is safe and anyone who thinks otherwise doesn't understand how internet infrastructure or ddos attacks work.
