That doesn't seem to make much sense... how would the game identify which characters are "mains" versus which are "alts"? There is no distinction. Maybe it's just luck, or else people are having different experiences based on what server the characters are on. In any case, I see on YouTube people are streaming the game live right now, so maybe I'll see if I can get on.
That's why people say this has nothing to do with the DDOS attack, that they messed something up during the update, and now some characters can't log on Chaos, while they still can use DC travel with those same characters that can't log on their home world. That doesn't seem to make much sense... how would the game identify which characters are "mains" versus which are "alts"? Are we still getting ddos'd? I keep getting d/c'd :/
There seems to be something else going on besides the DDoS attacks. Otherwise I can't explain why some of my characters can log in (even several times in a row) completely fine while other characters getting permanently the 90002 error in the loading screen.
Maybe would be less vulnerable if did not put the web server on same server or something down those lines @@
really, again?
who are these people, what do they want, is it money come take my purse help yourself.
Maybe it's people pissed because they can't pay anymore due to the payment processor change fiasco, maybe it's the rmt mafia, ... Your guess is as valid as any rumors.
I'm trying to login to my main and have winmtr open doing a constant tracert to the server so i can see the packetloss live and when I get 2002 errors, the NTT nodes on down the list to the server drop packets. It could be a NTT node issue for me in the US and someone is DDOS'ing those. I had similar issue yesterday but using hotspot fixed it which is odd.
