    Nay. Clemency is good as it is. If you're used to playing casters, or SAM, this should be the least of your concerns.

    Though I agree with Goring Blade reverting back to being a DoT combo weaponskill

    Edit.. They could potentially add another layer of complexity where some abilities do more damage when the target has GB dot on them.
