make spawned S ranks untargetable for 5min

Spawning S ranks takes a lot of time, effort and coordination. The community made a lot of effort making apps, websites, discord servers, CWLS to help every1 with the S rank hunt.

However, all this effort goes to hell when a selfish player early pull the S rank.
Since the early pullers cannot be punished, I believe we need something to avoid this.

I think making a spawned S rank untargetable for 5mins could be the best way to deal with this issue.

What do you guys think?
