Need help with the Augmented Splendorous Hatchet for Botanist

Hello!

I am trying to get my botanist gear the best it can be for the upcoming expansion, and working on my botanist tool for the lodestar final version. I am halfway through getting 210 of the required crystals and components for the current stage of the augmented splendorous version. Just yesterday I was able to gather, but today I cannot due to "cannot collect, gathering rate is at 0%". I have HQ Indagator's equipment that is pentamelded to the max, so I am far above the gathering and perception requirements for this quest. I have unequipped the hatchet several times, repaired my gear, logged in and out, and even traveled to other worlds. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? The only thing I can think of changing is that I played on a different laptop yesterday than the one I normally do. But that hasn't ever been an issue before?

Hmm...I can't really think of anything I remember I had a similar issue but I think I was equipping the replica I bought instead of the actual hatchet.

I am having the same issue. I was able to gather a couple days ago. Now I'm not. I'm unequipped and re-equipped my splendorous hatched multiple times to see if it resolves the problem. I get the "cannot collect, gathering rate is at 0%" as well.
