    Can’t sub to the game

    Dear FF community please and SE team , please fix this payment/ address update problem we can’t even use game time cards. It keeps asking for address update ,,,, no one from SE have publicly spoken to the player base to ensure they will do something to fix it , it doesn’t make any sense for you to change a working system to one that will only work for few and not the others , we have put so many hundreds of hours in this spent years playing your game , is this how you treat ur loyal player base , do we even matter to you , 4 days I can’t pay money to sub for the game and no one is saying anything from SE team we need clarity on this issue, i will keep posting this daily till it gets fixed bcz i am not ready to start a new account because of a mistake you made , i am not ready to lose my house my glamour my achievements and everything i work hard for the past 3-4 years in this game…..



    This MUST be fixed DT is after 80 days idk how many players suffer from this problem but i am sure there are alot.

    I know it's annoying, but have you tried to add an address from an official postal service website for your region?

    If you're in the USA, use www.usps.com and for example, (this works if your Account is an NA region, it doesn't matter if you aren't) search for Google's headquarters in the USA, then put the address shown (check it on google search first, then match it on usps.com) exactly into the MogStation form.

    This is known to work for many people, can use other company address as well such as Microsoft.

    Might help you for the time being until they fix the address issues, worth a try.

    If the address on record doesn't match the address on your credit or debit card the payment will be denied.

    If that was true, then why is it working for multiple people, it isn't true, I just tested it with my NA account and added my New Zealand Credit Card, two different addresses, two different countries.

    You need to use an address that is in a postcode finder, it does not need to match. I am using California 90210 and I live in NZ, it works, different countries.
