Title: I wish Yoshi would make all the expansions available to play when you preorder the new expansion

So, here I am getting closering to finishing the shadowbringers expansion and I am level locked at 80, and cannot receive any XP. I preordered the new expansion already, thinking I would get the previous content. It has been a long time since I played and didn't know that it worked differently compare to other modern MMOs.

Has Yoshi said anything about this? I am going to be stuck where I cannot continue the MSQ because I do not own Endwalkers. Kind of stinks, I kind of understand why I am in this situtation, but its very aggressive for someone that is coming back to the game.

I am either at the moment, (again, I didn't finish shadowbringers just yet but getting very close according to the research I did) I need to buy the complete edition (also kind of burns because it is at $60.00? currently, and I just missed the recent sale from the Mog Station, which the complete edition would always be half priced) or wait for a discount, or wait for the new expansion to come out.

This is mainly a rant post, but wish Yoshi would change the way buying the expansion works. If I preordered the expansion, it be great if we could just grab all the content that way. It makes more forgiven and easier to understand.

TLDR: Most modern MMOs when you preorder the latest expansion you get all the content before the latest expansion playable as soon as you buy it. But it works differently for FFXIV. So, as a coming back user, you either need to buy the new expansion (if you want to play it) and all the other expansions $40 each depending if you can find a sale at the time you need to play them ASAP.
