But if you’ve hit level 50 content, you best be ready to zoom. Most are going to be way overgeared for it.

... And you definitely don't realize the number of players who stop for a while, and start again having forgotten everything.
The difference between big pulls and small pulls is maybe a couple minutes. I don't think one person could make a dungeon go from 15 minutes to 30 minutes, that's a group effort.
No, do not use Regen on a pulling Tank. Shields are a better option. Regen often causes Mobs to run straight past the Tank and directly towards the healer which then causes the Tank to do full turnaround to fish the mobs away from you.
Edit: scrap that, seems they fixed/changed that.

Hey, thats still tank mitigation! Dungeon mobs are rarely capable of killing unless theres a ton, and the average tank will yank them off healer after grouping. :P
They changed regen to not give enmity.

You're only talking about cases where the healer casts the regen at the very moment of aggro; if launched before/during the pull, there are no more problems now.
Yeah they fixed that so it's safe to pop a Regen on the tank. Also remember if it's a WHM, they're a pure healer and limited on shields. Can someone please explain to me(maybe its just me), why every tank in a grp, has to complete the dungeon, trial or whatver, has to clear the dungeon in record time? they seem to want to pull the whole dungeons mobs before we even get to first boss, making it impossible to keep up,let alone keep him alive. Maybe i am missing something here, if so, could someone please explain to me?
