It should be a limit break, not a CD.

Trust me you don't want that to be a Limit Break... because if it was one, then it means two things:
1.) mitigation will be allocated elsewhere, making DRK a mobile tanky threat
2.) by virtue of power scaling, it will be a lot more powerful as a limit break action. Possibly greater range, prolonged Bind, uncleansable Bind... just look at the other debuff-inflicting Limit Breaks
I absolutely get that Salted Earth is a meme and a half in largescale PvP, but relegating it to Limit Break is not gonna solve it, nor is outright removal fair because it is one of the more interesting playmaking abilities in 5v5.
What it needs is a cap on how many players get drawn in at once, namely 5. What we also need is a limit to how many times in a short duration people can use draw-in/knockback effects on you, which I'd make 1-2 at most to keep it viable but not obnoxious.

I think generally the jobs are fine in CC, and balancing around it was wise. That said, I would like if more concessions were made for other modes. Like, in this example, if the draw-in for Salted Earth only applied in CC. Keeping the kits working the same across all modes is good though I think we can survive a few exceptions of things becoming better or worse in drastically different game environments.

I could be mistaken, but when people say that Salted Earth should be Dark Knight's Limit Break, I think what's really being requested is for the draw-in effect to be removed from Salted Earth and added Eventide instead which would be a fair request.
Personally, I think it would help if Purify's Resilience buff nullified draw-in and knockback effects.
I'm tired of seeing blobs of Dark Knights in Frontline. Delete Salted Earth.
That would be nice, given how many DRKs also like to roam with WARs for the Guard-breaking and Chain-yanking.
Have had my fill of MNKs and MCHs linking up knockbacks as well, and I say that as someone who regularly plays MCH and hangs around other MCH and MNKs, lol.
No, it shouldn't. DRK have plenty of tools elsewhere already. It should be a straight nerf.
No, it should remain as is, as a limit break. It is currently more powerful than a lot of limit breaks already.2.) by virtue of power scaling, it will be a lot more powerful as a limit break action.
