Promotion from Chief Flame Sergeant Help!

Here is my problem:

I am currently a Chief Flame Sergeant and want to be promoted. My problem is I have done literally everything and yet the Flame Personnel Officer tells me I am not able to apply for promotion. Here is what I have done so far: I have completed the second hunting log, I have beat a realm reborn (just started heavensward), I have beat The Aurum Vale, I have beat Amdapor Keep and Amdapor Keep (hard). Swift, the flame commander, has no mission for me and I am lost. Is there something else that I need to do?

Can anyone help me?

You need to take your squadron on a mission through 5 seperate dungeons then you will get a new mission you need to do then you can be promoted

For promotion from Chief Flame Sergeant to Second Lieutanant you need to
a) Finish Rank 2 of the Company Hunt Log
b) Finish the quest "Gilding the Bilious". You get it from the Flame Commander.
c) Have enough Company Seals. 10000 for promotion to 2nd Lieutenant.

My guess is that you have taken but not finished the quest, and that you did not yet have the quest when you did Aurum Vale.

That is a later step - for promotion from 1st Lieutanant to Captain.
