Is there a way to remove options from the player right-click menu?

I know that there are some menus in the game where you can curate what options you have access to when you right-click something, as well as what order they appear in. I've searched around to see if there's some setting hidden somewhere that will allow me to trim some options from the right-click menu for players, but I haven't found any. I figured my last ditch effort would just be asking on the forums.

In short, whenever I right-click a player (technically I press square because I'm on controller), it's only because I want to Examine, Adventure Plate, Ride Pillion, or Follow. All that other stuff just makes it so my arthritic hands have to scroll through half a dozen other options I never use. So if there is a way to reduce it, that would be a boon for me! Thanks for the help!

There is for items.
Character Configuration > Item Settings > Subcommand Customization.

As far as I know, there isn't such customization for player selection subcommands.
