Option to have voice chat active

I would love to have a Voice Chat feature when I go into dungeons and Raids. Obv. have the options to turn them off or mute people but it would be so fun to have Voice Chat in dungeons at least.

WoW has a similar feature, but I never see anyone use it. We just do text chat, and when I'm asked to join a voice channel, i.e. for a raid, it is always through Discord (Used to be through Ventrilo or Mumble). Would it get enough usage to justify the expenditure of resources?

On top of that, how much would it cost to provide a decent level of moderation?

I think that would cause an absurdly high uptick in harassment reports. Some people can't filter themselves at all, and at least having to type it deters some of them. I suspect most people would have it off the whole time specifically to avoid being on the receiving end of harassment.
