    Hello my name is Blue Haze i have join this game few years ago while i was studying in USA then i moved to Egypt then to my origin country OMAN,,, now i am struggling to pay my sub with crysta or visa or even game time card, i have bought game time card for 60 days and every time i try to use it it direct me to address update. While I can’t change country on ffxiv main site. I really hope you revers the system you implemented bcz it’s causing us to have problem with payment while we beg you to take our money to enjoy your game . Kindly consider and respect your player base in Middle east and respect the time invested into your game kinldy fix this or give us the ability to change country or just remove this from your website please

    I hope they fix this fast, but sadly i don t see it, maybe in the next few weeks and lets hope before DT is out. As well i don t understand why they did it in the first place, everything was working just fine, maybe someone can enlighten me cuz i don t see it ??

    It's incredibly broken and bad. You can't change your country (because people don't move I guess?) and it won't let you update to an 'invalid' address. Totally hit and miss. Their online/account management team has completely dropped the ball, it's amazing how broken the whole system is.
