synth item lost and cannot call retainor into wards

I was crafting a draksteel nugget +1 today I had one already in inventory when I was done I got +1 but when I looked into inventory it was not there. I sent gm call and they sent me here. -.-;; I also tried to call my retainor in upper tailors ward in gridania and was frozen in place to the point I had to diconnect just to get out of it. -.-;;
