    Issues with reCAPTCHA?

    I'm trying to buy an item from the Online Store and the CAPTCHA on the login screen won't load. It's been over 30 minutes, and I'd refreshed the page once already after 10 minutes had passed. Is this related to the issues with the new payment processor, or is this an entirely separate issue?

    Ive been having this issue for over 24 hours, no matter where i access it from or what browser I use, I cannot get the dang thing to work.

    Yeah, I'm having the exact same issue with Firefox. Which is... very annoying. Unfortunately, tweaking your tracking protection and clearing cookies and such doesn't help. However, if I switch over to Chrome it'll pop up fine, so maybe try that as a workaround until they get this mess figured out.

    If you're using Firefox, try accessing the page in mobile-view mode (Ctrl+Shift+M), click through the captcha, then shift back to Desktop mode before continuing to log in.

    I downloaded Chrome just now so I could add that I'm experiencing this exact issue with the log-in captcha on Firefox as well. It wasn't even working with Microsoft Edge either until I disabled all my extensions, for some reason. I then tried disabling all my firefox extensions then but the captcha still got stuck.

    The issue you are describing is most associated with interference with game data. Many actions can trigger this error, such as a slow internet connection, certain security/privacy changes on the default Internet browser, an application running in the background causing interference, use of a VPN or an odd connection (EG: schools or cafes), a possible virus detected on the device, many rapid payments at once, and numerous other actions.

    We advise clearing the cache/cookies/browsing data from your default web browser, disabling any web browser extensions (EG: ad-blocker), using private/incognito mode, or even on a different smart device with WiFi turned off and trying again. We also suggest resetting the connection (router/modem) you are using to connect to the Internet before trying again.
