I'm honestly waiting to see what the online store maintenance brings tonight, I'm hopefulmy past 3 months of transactions of crysta have been been good until i encountered this
"The address is invalid. Please confirm the entered data."
it wont allow me to purchase crysta when i click "Next" and i dont know whats wrong with their sites and payment transactions right now..
Even an online store/mog station maintenance and no change to the situation.
I didn't have any issues until after I pre-ordered DT. I tried to buy some emotes from the mog store today, and it wanted me to confirm my address. It has me listed as living in Michigan, US. I live in Ontario, Canada(When I created my account, I selected Canada as my country and Ontario as my province). Yet somehow my postal code, town name, and address were correct, but apparently I now live in the US? How did this even happen?! It doesn't matter what I do, I cannot confirm my address. So now I cannot purchase anything, and I am not sure if I will be able to re-new my sub next month.
Edited to add - I did contact support. They told me to create new account, buy the game again, and start over.

If you want to fix the address issue, you can if you want, change your address to The White House, just google it and put the address in exactly as listed and it will work.I didn't have any issues until after I pre-ordered DT. I had to use it on my NA account since it requires an NA address, it worked.
If it wont let you use your own, then you have no choice, since SE will never allow Region/Country change.
