Invalid Address (Since the first one was closed...)

With the new payment processor change, players in rural communities it seems are unable to update their address as required by Square Enix's new payment processor.

When you do, it gives you an error... "The address is invalid. Please confirm the entered data." - Despite me grabbing my driver's license and copying my physical address off of it.

This has been an issue amongst many others, such as card unavailable which has an unanswered thread, and the only "fix" is to set your address to a nearby city, which is absurd.

The issue is supposedly even worse for players outside of NA/EU, in which they have to find the address of a random public place in the US to get the address to be considered valid.

I am unable to use any services on the online store and mog station, because of this. So please, fix it

Edit: Troubleshooting I have tried following other threads and reddit posts.

Using a different browser. (Microsoft Edge)
Using mobile with wifi disconnected.
Waiting 24-48 hours between attempts to update
Check to see if my address is valid with my country's postal service.
Inputting my information in all caps and lower case
Clearing Cache

Edit2: Also I play the game through the SE website on PC, not on steam or console. As the last thread was someone having the same issue on steam.

Edit3: Tried verifying my address with canada post as mentioned on the thread, putting the information in all caps. Still didn't go through.

Yep. I live in a rural area in Canada, and it doesn't recognize my address either.
I haven't tried subbing since I have a about 10 more days before I can try. I did, however, try updating it as they recommended, but just get his with the invalid address error..

I've been subbing through timecards, which I never have had an issue with before, but I've been seeing a lot of people say it's been asking for the address after using them as well, soooo.. I don't know if I'm gonna have an issue down the line if they don't fix this.

Such a headache.

Edit: Got mine to work finally.. Went to Canada post, copied it exactly how it has it, and used all caps. IDK if it's case sensitive or not..

They need to fix this as soon as possible unless they don’t care about the time we put in this game and how much we love this game , and maybe they just wanna force us to buy the game again idk

It doesn’t make sense why wouldn’t they just address that alot of players are effected and they will fix it nothing works for me even game time card is not working it direct me to address update and I can’t update the address

Update:
After a lengthy back and forth with customer service, I was told that they are looking into the invalid address issue I was facing. However...

They are adamant that while experiencing this issue, I should use game time cards or paypal to buy crysta, despite having additional retainers which I believe eliminates game time cards... and the whole broken system stops me from buying anything.

Maintenance has passed and the issue persists, I'm starting to worry that it wont be fixed by DT release.

That's because it was never planned to be a Mogstation maintenance. Only lodestone/worlds/companion app.

my past 3 months of transactions of crysta have been been good until i encountered this

it wont allow me to purchase crysta when i click "Next" and i dont know whats wrong with their sites and payment transactions right now..
