Several hours before tag of last raid

Hello everyone,

My question is simple, is my account defective, shadow ban or something else because I try to queue the last raid to finish the quest but I'm not able to have any group everyday from 3pm to 9-11pm.

You can see the below images of two differents days one with a tag of 6h and the other almost 11 hours today.




I queue as solo heal, my friend has unlocked all those raids and queue at the same time solo heal aswell and find a group around 10min.

We tried to queue together aswell but it does the same as when I queue solo.

Please explain your use of the word tag, as I'm not quite following.
From what it sounds like it's being used in place of queue?
Edit: Now that there are pictures I see english isn't your first language.

I don't know what to tell you other than to keep trying. If you're barred from entry for some reason the game will outright tell you and the reason why. Usually the 30m lockouts or ilvl restriction or whatnot.

Have you tried turning "join party in progress" option as well as selecting all languages?
