Payment from South Asia and USA

Can someone help me? So I heard that SE payment system is getting changed and since before I knew I can't change my country. Now when I bought the game I was in UK and for the last 5 years, I have been in South Asia and have been buying via Crysta using a VISA Credit card based in South Asia.

This year, in september I am moving to US for 1.5 years and then again to UK in 2026. During these times, can I still make payment if my billing address doesn't match my home address?

I have been playing the game since 2017, and I bought Endwalker using a South Asian VISA credit card as well. Now am I to believe I can't continue playing the game because I am changing address?
