Unable to purchase crysta or renew my subscription

Ever since the address changes, I've been unable to purchase crysta or otherwise renew my subscription. My current subscription expires at the end of May and will need to be renewed before Dawntrail. The method I decided to go with this time was crysta, and I have the available funds for doing so. I have several Visa debit gift cards I haven't used so I decided to use them for this purpose.

One card was a $25 gift card and the transaction completed without a hitch. I went to use a second card to have enough crysta for my 3-month period and received this error:

    An error has occurred.
Please confirm the status of any relevant options and then try again.
For details, please contact the Square Enix Support Center.
    (Error code: 401)

I decided maybe the card expired (even though it shouldn't until 2031) so I went to use a third card. Same error. I have already emailed support, but I also know that posting on the forums helps to bring attention to an issue.

Both cards still have funds on them—I checked immediately before and after attempting to purchase more crysta. As it is, I have 2500 crysta, which isn't enough for my 3-month subscription, and a 1-month won't last me until Dawntrail. I'm aware though that since updating their payment options, Square Enix currently isn't accepting Visa debit. This is unfortunately currently my only way to pay. I hope they fix this issue soon.
