Unable to use either of my credit cards on Mogstation/SE website (visa/mastercard)

I am unable to use my Visa debit or my Mastercard debit on the mogstation. It says "This card is unavailable". I am in the USA. I am currently unable to extend my subscription or buy Crysta, or optional items from the store. This is obviously an issue affecting everyone and it's concerning that SE doesn't seem to have acknowledged the issue.

Same here. I really wish we'd get a statement or even acknowledgment that they hear us having an issue.

I can't buy anything, tried extra retainers and premium companion app, neither work. I just get redirected back when I click agree and continue. This has happened on 2 browsers on my laptop and on my phone, so definitely an SE issue. My payment for my sub is on a mastercard as well, so it should work with the new payments.

This is still happening for me as well. To make matters worse, I'm spending a ridiculous amount of personal time on my day off trying to rectify the situation because this month's subscription payment wasn't processed and my account was canceled due to Square/Enix's screw up.

Reddit is flooded with other angry subscribers as well. I don't see how a company that's been running MMOs for two decades managed to mess this payment system up so badly.
