It's not the bank. My bank doesn't operate personal banking in the US. (except from credit cards it looks like.)not saying it 100% is, but you can generally call your bank to find out and talk to a real person just to make sure. it eliminates one potential cause. otherwise, even if SE changed the payment system to work, it could still be an issue. I was just suggesting eliminate that first

It does mention in the change announcement that Visa is supported, it just didn't specify if it was debit or credit. Usually using a debit card in a credit card box works fine, so it's strange to deny it on the basis of it being a debit card.
The good thing is that they seem to support Paypal and Amazon Pay. Amazon Pay is so simple for me because I'm already logged into Amazon. It's a simple click.

Also having the issue of a visa debit not being allowed.
I don't have any access to any credit cards. No one in my family has any. Paypal has never been allowed for Canada, I've never seen it come up as an option for paying sub. Only a card. What the HELL are you doing, square? What a way to lose players.
As I posted in another thread I was hearing this so I did a test. My account was on a debit card and successfully renewed after the change. I tried to add a new retainer and it all went to heck. It suddenly didn't like my debit card anymore. I put a regular Visa on the account and it went through no problem.Since the update 8 days ago I can no longer use visa debit. Support has not helped but tried to blame it on my end. I had to use my mother's own master card because I don't own a credit card and it works but won't work for any of my visa debit cards even with the updated addresses matching.. it truly baffles me how support isn't trying to help on this matter while they are having an active mogstation sale
For NA it really does seem to be an issue with DEBIT CARDS even though it says you can use them.
Try using paypal to buy Christa and pay that way. Seems to be working for some people. Also having the issue of a visa debit not being allowed.

Visa Debt is listed with the other providers (at least in Blighty)It does mention in the change announcement that Visa is supported, it just didn't specify if it was debit or credit. They screwed something with Visa debits. Hubby tried to buy something on Mogstation and couldn't. Used Steam Wallet using the same debit and it worked.
Also in America, also with a visa debit card and it won't take my card. I tried amazon pay and got
