I know this is the wrong forum dont care. Players on the EN forum and reddit are trying to alert you too a massive issue with your payment update. Players are unable to pay using their debit and credit cards me being one of them!!! We are getting errors, being forced to use alternative methods to renew our subs. You have been silent with no acknowledgment of this issue. Its now being said that players are losing their Dawntrail pre-orders if their address does not match their debit/credit billing address??? Please responed to this matter!!! Please fix this issue!!!
The methods your En customer service has offered does not work!!! You system has a serious flaw and needs to be fixed and the community addressed.
